We are looking for an organized, caring, and creative individual to structure and implement a remarkable customer journey, from onboarding to retention. Your role will be to transform every customer interaction – on or off the platform – into a powerful, useful, seamless, emotional, and strategic moment, in close collaboration with the founders.

πŸ‘€ Your Profile

  • Graduate of an engineering or business school (Bac + 5 / Master's degree).
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in B2B Key Account Consulting.
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and project management.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable with Tech products.
  • Experience in Real Estate or Retail is a definite plus.
  • You love structuring journeys and imagining human and scalable experiences.
  • You are proficient in writing (professional, engaging, concise) and tools like Notion, Pipedrive, MailerLite.
  • You are reliable, organized, responsive, and eager to build a strong Tech & AI brand.

πŸ› οΈ Your Main Missions

  • Customer Journey Structuring & Automation: Define and automate customer rituals (content, formats, channels, tools) for the first 12 months. Create strategic email sequences and check-ins.
  • Content & Template Production: Write impactful email templates, propose engaging materials (videos, guides, reports), and imagine "wow effect" bonuses.
  • Operational Coordination: Organize key moments between clients and founders, manage budget reminders, and track client anniversaries/milestones.
  • Customer Experience and Emotion: Celebrate successes, coordinate gift sending, and organize exclusive highlights (after-work events, lunches, visits).
