It foams, it refills… and most importantly, it’s growing!
900.care is one of those French DNVBs that started out online before gradually making its way into physical stores. Refillable products, subscriptions, mass retail, pop-up stores… the brand is now multiplying its touchpoints with consumers.
And curiosity is clearly growing: according to Yourban data, 900.care has recorded a +233.3% increase in popularity.
So naturally, this DNVB deserves a closer look.
900.care is a French DNVB founded in 2019 by Aymeric Grange and Thomas Arnaudo, specializing in refillable personal care and household products.
Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, dishwashing liquid… 900.care is taking on everyday essentials with one simple idea: offering refills and reusable containers to reduce disposable packaging.
The brand initially grew online, particularly through a subscription system that allows customers to receive refills at home on a regular basis.
Since then? 900.care has clearly moved to the next level. The DNVB has gone from parcels delivered through the letterbox… to the shelves of thousands of stores across France.
You don’t have to look very far!
900.care is now available in 3,400 points of sale. The brand has notably expanded its distribution through major retailers such as Carrefour, Intermarché and E.Leclerc.
Its launch at Carrefour marked an important milestone in this strategy, with the brand announcing that its products would be stocked in 310 hypermarkets across France.
900.care is therefore now playing on several fronts: e-commerce, subscriptions and physical retail.
At 900.care, two flagship products are attracting particular attention from consumers:
But French consumers aren’t just searching for the products! According to YOUrban data, around 320 searches are made every month in France to find a 900.care point of sale.
An interesting signal for a DNVB born online: consumers are now also looking for places where they can find 900.care products in person.
Yes! 900.care isn’t staying exclusively behind screens or on retail shelves. The DNVB has already tested several physical formats in Paris:
Two interesting experiences for a brand born online, showing that 900.care has already experimented with both physical retail and shopping centres.
With an average of 320 monthly searches to find a 900.care point of sale in France, the brand’s next chapter could very well be written in physical retail too!
After purchasing a trial kit, 900.care sends the first refill delivery 20 days later. Customers can then choose their preferred delivery frequency: every 1, 2 or 4 months, depending on their needs.
900.care generated more than €10 million in revenue in 2023. In 2026, the brand stated that it had doubled its revenue in just one year.
No, 900.care does not currently have any permanent stores.
Fashion, beauty, food, home… many brands born online are gaining popularity and gradually moving closer to physical retail.
