We're looking for a dynamic and organized individual to manage the administrative, HR, accounting, and event planning aspects of the company. You'll be a strategic support for management, ensuring Yourban runs smoothly and our activities flow seamlessly.

π€ Your Profile
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience as an Office Manager, ideally gained in a Tech startup or fast-growing environment.
- You want to play a key role and take initiative in a high-potential company.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, you know how to drive topics forward and anticipate needs.
- You're a true organizational genius, with a keen eye for detail and impeccable rigor.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Payfit, Alan, Swile, Sellsy, Qonto, Slack, Notion...), you skillfully juggle administrative tasks, event planning, and team support.
- Positive and organized, you contribute to creating a fluid and efficient work atmosphere.
π§© Your Main Missions
π’ Administrative & Financial Management:
- Tracking invoicing (Sellsy), purchases, and supplier relations.
- Accounting management (documents, VAT, treasury, reconciliations) in liaison with the chartered accountant (Sellsy & Qonto).
- Budget tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Contract management, taxes, and archiving.
- Managing executive schedules, drafting documents and meeting minutes.
π₯ Human Resources & Team Life:
- Onboarding, payroll management, social benefits (Alan health insurance, Swile meal vouchers...).
- Participating in recruitment, training follow-up, and internal evolutions.
- Implementing and improving HR processes to streamline collaboration.
π’ Premises & Logistics:
- Managing equipment, offices, maintenance, and arrangements.
- Coordinating with external service providers.
π Event Planning & Internal Communication:
- Organizing internal events (breakfasts, seminars, after-work gatherings, team lunches).
- Co-organizing client events and professional trade shows.
- Facilitating internal communication and information flow.
